We're teaming up with Modern Times Beer and Liberty Public Market to help create the perfect (vegetarian!) food pairings for their brews, for a one a one-of-a-kind dinner experience.
 
On November 7th, the award-winning chefs at Mess Hall bring the perfect seasonal, farm-to-table dishes to complement the unique flavors of five amazing Modern Times beers.
 
Andrew "Bugs and Barrels" Schwartz - who heads up the special brew projects at Modern Times - will be joining us to talk about the beers and brewery. Dinner will start at 6:30pm and is $65++ per person. Limited seats available!

FIRST COURSE
Gougeres stuffed with tofu ham and cheese
Marinated Fall vegetable roulade

SECOND COURSE
Woodfire roasted Belgium endive, toasted barley, white balsamic
- Paired with Golden Pineapple Blended IPA
 
THIRD COURSE
Spiced cauliflower steak, mushrooms, greens, sesame
- Paired with Aurora Red IPA
 
FOURTH COURSE
Charred butternut squash, sweet potato, lentils, molé nego, pepitas
- Paired with Barrel Aged Monsters Park
 
FIFTH COURSE
Salted olive oil cake, warm citrus ragu, Red Wine Sorbet
- Paired with Thermometer Island (Red Wine Barrel Aged Sour)
