Jeff | Allagash Hoppy Table Beer

"I had this beer for the first time a couple months ago and it quickly has become a favorite of mine. Out of the bottle, it pours hazy yellow with a considerable bright white head. The aroma is a beautiful mix of grapefruit, tropical fruit, and fresh cut grass from the dry hopping, and citrus from the Allagash house yeast. It's brewed with Chinook, Cascade and Comet hops, which lend flavors of grapefruit and pine that harmonize perfectly with the citrus and spice of the Belgian yeast. This beer is light bodied and extremely refreshing, yet flavorful enough to enjoy with food, hence the name 'table beer.' I've found it pairs exceptionally well with a cheese board or fish tacos (yep, try it!). I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do. Cheers!"
